MAREMONT REAL ESTATE & CONSTRUCTION operates in Alanya, the pearl of the Mediterranean, in which most of the foreigners buy properties in Turkey.

Our company has been established as a result of combination with over 20 years of global finance experience and properties sector.

Our name is in Latin for “Mare” the sea and the “Mont” meaning mountain, consisting of combinations of two words. These 2 words describe the gorgeous nature of the Mediteranean Sea that also means Alanya.

Young and dynamic structure of Maremont grows rapidly every day and also has national and international real estate network. Starting from Russia, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden and, Norway; we have many customers from different parts of the world. On the other hand, we always help our clients with our solution partners about insurance, valuation, the use of bank credit and so on.

By the way, “Trust” is the most important thing for us. So, we have all the necessary certificates and documents that are needed in the sector. In addition to that, we are also a member of “Association of Alanya Real Estate Agents” and “Chamber of Alanya Commerce and Industry“.
